Stoke striker Kenwyne Jones has apologized to Glenn Whelan after smashing his car windscreen on a mistaken act of retaliation for a prank.
Jones took to Twitter on Saturday night to clarify the status of an incident that has led to Stoke opening an internal investigation. Jones announced he was citing teammates on Saturday, including Whelan, after he saw the head of pork wrapped in his clothes on the ground Clayton Wood’s Premier League club training on Friday.
